HOW TO MAKE YOUR BEARD GROW FASTER

Ninety percent of how your beard looks is determined by genetics and age, whether it’s the length, color or texture. However, good alimentation and grooming habits will help maximize what you have and keep the hair in optimal shape. Also, choosing the right style of facial hair growth can really help maximize the impact of your beard.
Facial hair is generally one of the last characteristics of male physical maturity to develop during adolescence. Many physically mature guys don’t finish developing a fully adult beard until their early 20s or even later. If you’re still young, you must remember that your beard may continue to get thicker as you get older. Many guys notice their beards growing thicker, denser and faster when they enter their 30s and 40s. So the first option is obviously, give it time! There are certain other measures that may stimulate faster growth of facial hair, but it varies from person to person.
Oil - Applying eucalyptus oil to your beard growth may stimulate the epidermal layer of the skin to speed up the hair-growing process. (This might produce a tingling sensation.)
Biotin - Purchase and consume a daily supplement of biotin, a dietary supplement that can help promote hair growth. The recommended dosage is 2.5 mg a day. Please consult your doctor before you take the supplements.
Shampoo - Shampoo and condition your growing beard. This will help keep it clean and shiny-looking. Plus, the conditioning process encourages growth by preventing the hair from becoming too dry.
Eat healthy - If your body is getting all the nutrients that it needs, it will function better. This means every process will work better, including that of growing facial hair. Make sure you eat plenty of green vegetables and get enough protein.
Drink plenty of water - Water helps every system in the body to work better. It will also keep your hair healthy and moisturized, including hair on the face.
Sleep - Get adequate amounts of sleep. Your body uses the time you are sleeping to repair, restore and refresh itself. Adequate sleep will help your hair to grow. If you are not getting enough sleep, your hair growth will slow down and your hair may become weaker. Most people need between seven to nine hours of sleep each night.
Be Stress-free - Stress can slow down hair growth and make your hair weak and brittle, to a great extent. To help your facial hair grow, be sure to limit the amount of stress in your life and learn how to handle the stressors that are present in your day-to-day living. Exercise, meditation, yoga, deep-breathing exercises and stress-management classes are all recommended strategies for dealing with stress.
Even though you’ve stopped shaving, you still should trim your beard, usually within a month of growing it out. Trimming will make the ends of your beard shorter but also more uniform. Do not apply a hair-growing product like Rogaine (minoxidil) to your beard, without a physician’s recommendation. It could cause a skin reaction and is harmful, if accidentally ingested.
